I was nominated by a fellow blogger, Quingdom, for a 7-Day Nature Photo Challenge, and I will be posting nature photos from my own stock of photos in the next few days.
Today’s photo is a precious one for me. I captured this moment in Langkawi, Malaysia during a mangrove river boat tour. The innocence and sweetness of this baby long-tailed Macaque melts my heart every time I look at it.
Langkawi Island is best known for its beaches, but the island is blessed with a rich wildlife as well. Long-tailed Macaque monkeys were everywhere and it was quite a strange feeling to see them watch us watching them. The highlight of my trip was seeing this baby up close.
RULES: Post one nature photo and nominate someone else per day for 7 days.
Nominating Susan Rushton for the challenge. She is a nature lover and a photographer, and I hope she takes the challenge.
